Pineapple Ice Cream
Try with other exotic jams to change up the flavour
Ingredients:
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 jar Pineapple Jam (or other exotic jam of your choice)
- (optional) 25ml Malibu
Method:
- Simply mix the coconut milk together with the condensed milk adding the Malibu if needed.
- Stir in the Meru Herbs Pineapple Jam and pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze.
- Take out 10 minutes before you want to serve the ice cream to soften a little.
