Add some Cinnamon to make it a bit more interesting
Ingredients:
6 slices of beer bread of your choice cut into triangles
400ml of coconut milk
350g sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Handful of raisins
Butter, softened
Directions:
Heat oven to 180 C
Mix together the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar.
Spread the bread with butter and evenly place in a medium sized oven proof dish placing a handful of raisins between layers of bread, do not put on the top layer or they will burn in the oven.
Pour mixture over the bread and bake in oven until brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly to set and then serve.
