Cut chicken into strips, cook in oil with fajita seasoning for approximately 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Gently fry the sliced onions and peppers.
Wrap chicken and onions and peppers in tortillas and lay close together in an ovenproof dish until all ingredients are used. Any extra onions and peppers can go on top.
Cover with jar of Meru Tomato and Chilli sauce.
Cover with grated cheese.
Cook at 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 4 for approximately 30 minutes.
