Combine Beer Bread with yogurt and mix until a dough is formed. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 1 minute or until the surface of the dough is smooth. Divide into 2 equal balls.
Use a rolling pin to roll each dough ball out into a long oval shape to your desired thickness and place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Poke the surface of the flatbread all over with a fork.
Brush with garlic butter and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Add the caramelised onion and the eggs and garnish with chopped chives.
